Simon has more than 20 years of experience working in leadership positions at UK mobile operators including EE, Orange and T-Mobile. He was managing director of EE's Emergency Services Network Division and also served as non-executive chairman at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL), a network joint venture between EE and Three. Under Simon’s leadership, Freshwave have become the UK’s leading neutral host. Having deployed the world-first Omni Network in summer 2024, Freshwave now has 6 million sq ft of real estate already connected or in build using the technology.
